Long-term dynamic simulation of the effect of building anthropogenic heat on urban thermal climate
Zhu Yuemei, Liu Jing, Yao Yang and Ma Zuiliang
Discusses the generation mechanism of specific urban district thermal climate, especially the effect of building anthropogenic heat, which is significantly important for making proposals of effective strategies to improve the urban thermal climate, alleviate the urban temperature rise and heat island effects, and reduce the building energy consumption. Taking an actual large CBD design and reconstruction project of a characteristic southern city as an example, based on the established urban district thermal climate prediction model, analyses the characteristics of outdoor thermal climate and heat balance by long-term dynamic simulation. The results show that both the heat transfer through the underlying surface and exhaust heat from the building HVAC system are the key origins of the trend of high temperature and high humidity in summer.
